Chelsea Barracks new plan with heights

How you can help!

Are you one of many people in the local vicinity of the Chelsea Barracks, or further a field, who agree that the 100 ft high buildings will be too overpowering in this historic setting?

If so, there are ways you can help the fight against the development.
  • Please write to your local MP and urge him to lobby for London and its skyline by insisting that the apartment blocks are only only 6 stories high as was stated in the Westminster Planning Brief to find your MP click on
    http://www.parliament.uk/mps-lords-and-offices/mps/
  • Send your objections to The Mayor of London, City Hall The Queens Walk, London SE1 2AA or email jonathan finch who heads admin for the London Planning Decision unit.
    Phone: 020 7983 4799   Email: jonathan.finch@london.gov.uk
  • Please contact any journalists that you might know and ask them for assistance in raising the profile of this situation. You can ask them to contact us directly for hot off the press information 07900 577 870.  We know that the Qataris still have a legal letter to subdue any press coverage from CBAG and as recently as June put this to good effect. We need your help to counteract this.

"It is important that we find a way of ensuring that new development fits with our built heritage so that London continues to be a desirable place to live, work and do business."

Boris Johnson
